St. Marks Lutheran School Spirit Week – January 16-20, 2012
This year for Spirit Week we will be collecting donations for the new American Family Children’s Hospital at UW Watertown Regional Medical Center.
The hospital is in need of toys, stuffed animals , and children’s books. The books will be placed into Joel’s Library located in the Children’s Hospital. The books are there for the children to read while they are in the hospital, and they can also check the books out and take them home.

The Children’s Hospital also has a program called “Let’s Make Waves”. This program is for individuals who wish to make a monetary donation. If you would like, parents can have their children donate monies to this program in place of books, toys, or stuffed animals. Our plan is with the money donated to purchase a “Sea Friend” that will be permanently displayed in the American Family Children’s Hospital on 2nd floor.
For Spirit Week; the children of St. Mark’s can donate the following: stuffed animals, children’s books, toys, or a gift of money.
For any additional information, please contact Kendra Behlke at 920-988-5435 or email kendralb@yahoo.com

 Pastor James Werner
Today as we continue our study of the promises that our God made regarding the coming of our Savior Jesus, we hear the God of heaven and earth make a promise to Abraham.
The Lord promises Abraham A GREAT AND BLESSED NATION.
As we hear the Lord make this wonderful and life changing promise to Abram we see that
- This is a Nation Established by the Lord and
- This is a Nation Blessed by the Lord.
