Walking through the site, you’ll see sets of floor plans everywhere. Why so many? And are they all the same?

“Each contractor working on site has a set of plans,” Maas Brothers construction superintendent Matt Hollman explains. “The electricians, the plumbers, the heating guys—they all have a set of plans and they’re all the same. They each have to know what the other is doing.”

Floor plans are always changing according to construction needs. Each time they’re revised, each contractor receives a new version with the updates dated and clearly marked.
